MTIB Resource Center operation has been modernised since 2002 by using the Integrated Library Management Utility (ILMU) System. The Resource Center is open to all walks of life which includes students, researchers, industrialists, etc.

1. Monday to Thursday (8.00 am - 5.00 pm)(Closed During Lunch Hour : 1.00 pm - 2.00 pm)
2. Friday 8.00 am - 12.15 noon | 2.45 pm - 5.00 pm
