NOTIFIKASI HEBAHAN SISTEM PELESENAN ATAS TALIAN MTIB: PELAKSANAAN i-TIMBER MENERUSI USER PILOT PENGGUNAAN MULAI 1 JUN 2022
Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa MTIB dalam proses peralihan sistem pelesenan MTIB atas talian daripada MCS kepada sistem baharu iaitu i-Timber. Dalam hubungan ini, sukacita dimaklumkan penggunaan i-Timber akan dilaksanakan secara user pilot bermula 1 Jun 2022 melibatkan 15 buah syarikat pengeksport (TE) dan pengimport (TI), yang terpilih beralamat di sekitar Kuala Lumpur dan Selangor. Syarikat-syarikat yang terlibat akan menggunakan sepenuhnya i-Timber dalam pengistiharan Permit Eksport/Import, Pemeriksaan Fizikal, Permit CITES dan Sijil MyTLAS, serta transaksi penyata akaun syarikat. Pelaksanaan user pilot i-Timber dilaksanakan secara berfasa dengan melibatkan penyertaan syarikat mengikut kategori dan aktiviti secara berperingkat sebelum pelaksanaan secara 100% live i-Timber kelak.
Sehubungan dengan itu, kerjasama dan sokongan pihak industri kayu kayan khususnya syarikat pengimport dan pengeksport, di dalam urusan ini amat membantu kelancaran operasi user pilot i-Timber ke arah pelaksanaan 100% live kelak. MTIB ONLINE LICENSING SYSTEM NOTIFICATION: i-TIMBER USER PILOT IMPLEMENTATION FROM 1 JUNE 2022
Kindly be informed that MTIB online licensing system is being transitioned from the MCS to the new system namely i-Timber. The i-Timber system will be launched on a user pilot basis beginning 1 June 2022, with 15 exporters (TE) and importers (TI) from the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor regions participating. The companies involved will fully apply the i-Timber system for the declaration of Export/Import Permits, Physical Inspections, CITES Permits, and MyTLAS Certificates, as well as for company account statement transactions.The user pilot implementation of the i-Timber system is introduced in phases, by involving the participation of companies according to categories and activities in stages, prior to the implementation of 100% live i-Timber soon.
In this regard, the cooperation and support of the timber industry, especially importers and exporters, is important to the efficient run of the user pilot i-Timber system toward the future improvement of 100 percent live.
