Lean Study Mission Japan 2017

Invitation to Participate In a Lean Study Mission to Japan on 10 - 16 December 2017

 

The Malaysian Timber Industry Board (MTIB) in cooperation with the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) will be organising a Lean Study Mission to Japan from 10 - 16 December 2017. The purpose of this mission is to learn the best Lean management practices and techniques in the application of Toyota Production System (TPS) for the manufacturing and service industry.  Furthermore, participants will have the opportunity to visit renowned companies such as Toyota Motor, KARIMOKU (furniture manufacturer), Nissan Motor, AVEX, dan many more.

Total cost for this mission is RM16,900 (not included 6% GST) per person. This shall include the cost of return airfare tickets, accommodations for six nights and transportation in Japan.

 

Please be informed that the cost of this study mission is FULLY CLAIMABLE under the Training Assistance Scheme (SBL Scheme) from the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) by companies that had contributed to HRDF.  Registration shall close on 10 November 2017.
