ACT 686 - INTERNATIONAL TRADE IN ENDANGERED SPECIES OF 2008: IMPLEMENTATION AND REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
It is was informed a document Laws of Malaysia by the name of the International Trade in Endangered Species Act 2008 [Act 686] (INTESA) was approved by the Parliament of Malaysia and was gazetted on 14 February 2008. A regulation on Permit, Certificate, Registration and Fees has started gazetted on 28 December 2009. Act 686 became effective implementation in Malaysia beginning on July 1, 2010.
